Dale is an AV rated attorney whose practice focuses on the defense of professional liability claims, including representing lawyers in legal malpractice cases. He also defends broker-dealers in NASD arbitrations, and handles complex class actions. Dale has represented parties in some of the largest Ponzi scheme cases in Florida and has successfully argued cases at the Florida Supreme Court, as well as, the federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Earlier in his career, Dale worked at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, one of the nation’s largest insurance defense litigation law firms. At Marshall Dennehey, his practice concentrated on the defense of professional liability claims. In addition to representing lawyers, accountants, insurance agents, and stockbrokers, Dale was head of Marshall, Dennehey’s Consumer Law Group.
Dale received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1996. Dale has practiced in Florida state and federal courts, as well as federal courts in Michigan, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana Ohio, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Alabama, New York, New Jersey, Virginia and Wisconsin.
